The value of the initiative also emerges in the words of Davide D’Arcangelo, Vice-President of Impatta: “For the development of the country through NRRP funds, it is of crucial importance to bring the tools of innovation, but it is not enough: new skills and competencies are needed for the local government revolution to be effective and widespread”. And with this in mind in recent days a specific course in Innovation Management – Certified Training for the management and development of managerial innovation was launched: it was organized by Impatta together with Forma Camera, Special Agency of the Rome Chamber of Commerce, and the companies Ecoter tech and Ixl center.
The aim of the course is to train the professional figure of the Public Innovation Manager, a multidisciplinary professional with skills in innovation management, strategic consulting, coaching and project management, that is, planning, design and control of innovative projects in the public and private sectors. The training activity is structured in a total of 77 hours and includes different teaching methodologies in order to provide administrative and management staff with the essential tools to operate in the 4.0 environment.
“The public innovation manager is not only an accelerator for the PA but can open up a new industrial chain, Gov-tech, creating instruments capable of simplifying bureaucracy and spreading a new culture in local authorities, new standards and technologies at the service of public administration”, Vice President Davide D’Arcangelo had explained last November while speaking in Rome during the brainstorming organized specifically by Impatta to present the new professional figure.
