Next4 overfunds its capital increase

Next4 overfunded a capital increase worth €1 million, and now it is already looking at digital health, information technology (IT), innovation and other markets to invest in Innovation at 360 degrees for Next4, club deal investor founded by Davide D’Arcangelo, Pierluigi Sassi and Angelo Paletta. Certified as a Qualified Investor and Business Angel, it supports with its investments start-ups with strong growth potential in the sector, identified after a very accurate scouting and analysis activity: in particular, it helps them to grow and structure themselves from the management point of view and then take them to the markets and promote them to investment funds, industries and large networks.
“We are very happy with the trust investors have placed in us”, said Davide D’Arcangelo about the closing of the capital increase. “What we are living is an important historical moment for the entire Italian and European innovation ecosystem. The NRRP represents an extraordinary opportunity for the country system and our reference sectors, starting with digital health, are fundamental pillars of it,”, explained Next4’s Founder, emphasizing how the green and digital transition of the Public Administration and SMEs opens the door “to a new paradigm in the relationship between public and private where, on the one hand, companies will have resources and market to innovate and develop frontier products and, on the other, the Public Administration can become more competitive by taking advantage of the very innovation it has supported”. In this context Next4 “wants to play a leading role”: it is no coincidence that in recent weeks it has already signed several strategic partnerships in Italy but also on the international front.
Those already active, for example, are with Open Italy, a co-innovation project managed by the Elis Consortium, for which Next4 accompanies some of the startups in the program on a path to define the business model and seek funding, and with CubeHub, an investment company with a particular specialization on high-tech companies. A collaboration is also underway with WDA (Web Digital Advisor) for the development of new business models, supported in this also by the relationship with the National Institute of Nuclear Physics, Gran Sasso Laboratories with which an intensive design thinking activity will begin. Next4 has successfully taken part in Select USA, a program run by the U.S. Embassy to catalyze foreign investment in the United States, not to mention the partnership with the Orrick firm that assists Next4 in its operations in Italy and Europe.
